How much does move-in/out cleaning cost?
$0.25 per square foot for properties under 1,000 sqft, with no minimum charge. Larger homes are custom quoted.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
We cover everything on a typical move-out checklist — inside cabinets and appliances, baseboards, and detail areas landlords commonly inspect. We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, but we cover what's within our control.
Does the property need to be empty?
It doesn't have to be, but an empty property lets us reach every cabinet, closet, and corner for a genuinely deep clean.
How far in advance should I book?
We book at least 48 hours out — the sooner you can lock in a date around your move, the more flexibility you'll have on timing.
