How much does move-in/out cleaning cost?
Move-in/move-out cleans are estimated at about $0.10–$0.25 per square foot for properties under 1,000 sqft, with a $150 minimum. It's an estimate — an empty home in good shape lands at the low end, while a heavier makeready with more detail lands higher. Larger homes are custom quoted based on square footage and condition — request a free quote and we'll give you a firm number before your move date.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
We cover everything on a typical move-out checklist — inside cabinets and appliances, baseboards, light fixtures, and the detail areas landlords commonly inspect at walkthrough. We can't guarantee a landlord's decision, since that's ultimately up to them, but we make sure the cleaning itself is never the reason you lose part of your deposit.
Does the property need to be empty?
It doesn't have to be, but an empty property lets us reach every cabinet, closet, and corner for a genuinely deep clean instead of working around furniture and boxes. If you're moving out, we recommend scheduling after the moving truck is loaded for the most thorough result.
How far in advance should I book?
We book at least 48 hours out, so the sooner you can lock in a date around your move, the more flexibility you'll have on timing — especially around the end of the month, when move dates tend to cluster. Booking early also gives us time to plan for a larger or more detailed job if your space needs it.
